Morning
Our share price in the market was caused by one person who knew that the Mineral Resource report was coming and waited until it was released to sell his shares. He had about 1.2 million shares which he started to sell within minutes of our release until it went down to .29 cents. He continues to sell today and only has about 60,000 shares left. Once he is out of the way the share price should rise.
We have lots of volume and lots of interest in the company. Because of previous management we have some hurtles to overcome, one of them being a couple of major investors who got in really cheap and are not long term investors. They got the shares plus a tax break when they bought the shares in a private placement. Most of them are gone which will be good for the company.

SD Gold remains committed to Integra and while it is a major mining company, other major mining companies have approached me as well with the difference being that SD Gold has already invested 3 million into Integra at this time. The talks with other companies are preliminary and informal but certainly it stands to reason that a company with a property which has reported 500,000 ounces and a geological report saying that 1 million is an achieveable target will be of interest.
SD Gold’s vice president of their International Mining Corporation is also a director on our board. I don’t know what your source is on the 700,000 ounces but if we look at it strictly from a numbers perspective we have around 500,000 compliant ounces, 105,000 that are non-compliant which we are working on and also 3 more zones to be reported on this year. That may add up to 700,000 or possibly more, I don’t know. All I know is that we are on the right track.

We continue to receive assays and once we get a geological report from our geological team in Val d’Or we will be releasing them.

We have a great property and are doing the right things. A number of people who have been in the business a long time tell us so each time I meet them. It will take a little bit of time to get some of the old baggage we inherited sorted out.

Hope this answers your questions. Thanks for the encouragement.
