EAWC Technologies new company on OTC !!
Very interesting company entering the exchange i the US soon !
The Company’s primary business includes acquiring and licensing the rights to sell and produce related technologies. The Company also offers related services worldwide like maintenance, training, and optimization programs.
The Company’s key product is the Atmosphere Water Generator (AWG) developed by Powermax LLC & Inc., a 100% EAWC holding. AWGs create water through condensation from the air. The company’s flagship AWG (AM350) produces up to 10,000 gallons of pristine drinking water per day per unit (for roughly $ 0.003 per gallon). This is enough to keep 2000 people self-sufficient from other forms of water supply, or to enable commercial applications that were previously impossible in that place. As an option, the company offers a renewable energy module as an independent power supply.
EAWC engages in patented technologies such as: AWGs, Solar-powered Water Purification Systems, CO2-free energy production, solar and wind energy solutions, as well as waste management.
EAWC will start trading on the OTC in December 2012/January 2013. Already qualified for NASDAQ Small Cap (assets) we are scheduled to switch at NASDAQ no later than 3rd quarter of 2013.
