Medinah Minerals, ett chilensk gruvbolag, har nyligen ingått i en affär med Amarant, ungefär samtidigt som Mineral Invest. De har nu ikväll meddelat att pengarna för 2012, 6,7 miljoner usd, nu landat och att bolaget tilldelats hela 90 miljoner aktier i Alluvia Mining Ltd. Guldet ser ut att ladda inför ett riktigt guld rally,, fundamentalt till detta kan bero på att man söker sig till “säkrare” investeringar i oroliga tider. Bubblan ser ut att blåsas upp än mer innan de går hål på den. De vanligaste beteendet i ett värde papper som uppfyller bubbel varning (som guldet tilsammans med Apple gör) är att man får en mycket aggressiv uppgång innan den vänder långsiktigt neråt. Nedan följer det jag tycker var det mest intressanta på TEVAs konferenssamtal angående laquinimod. (Min fetmarkering) Först ställer en analytiker en fråga, sedan svarar CEO och forskningschef enligt nedan. Visst, TEVA äger rättigheterna till laquinimod och har 4 miljarder dollar i försäljning från sitt befintliga MS-läkemedel Copaxone som måste ersättas med något. Det är klart att de är haussade på laquinimod. Men jag tycker att de svarar väldigt övertygande. Och när man betänker att den finansiella marknaden (de baissade analytikerna typ Carnegie) räknar med 4-5% marknadsandel för laquinimod inom MS, så känns förväntningarna väldigt lågt ställda. TEVA lär definitivt inte ge upp sin 35% marknadsandel till Biogen (och deras preparat BG-12) utan fight. ...

Dagens Pm tyder på att TMC 435 blir en blockbuster och en del i framtidens kombinationsbehandling. Aktien är kraftigt nedtryckt med tanke på tidigare nivåer. Flera insiders har köpt kring 60 nivån under sommaren och q4 blir en intressant kvartal. Nyheterna var så negativa i såväl svenska, norska som danska affärstidningar. Många mindre aktieägare blev osäkra och flera hann säkert gå ur aktien innan börstopp med efterföljande aktie-upgång skedde. Här gjorde Stockholms-börsen en stor insats som ingrepp. Det är oförklarligt att SAS lät det ske. När så många uppenbarligen fått kvartalsuppgifterna läckta till sig. Nu kommer bevisen för stark tillväxt - Volymordrar! Jag har medvetet under en tid varit sparsam med mina inlägg i C-Rad trådarna. Det har varit så otroligt mycket baisse - förmodligen för att dessa skribenter ser en chans att komma in på billiga nivåer. Jag hade tänkt vänta med att skriva ett tag till, då ännu fler genombrott kommunicerats. Men nu kan jag inte hålla mig längre! Jag har följt C-Rad sedan 2007 och det vi nu ser är den mycket efterlängtade och omtalade ketchupeffekten! C-Rad har under hösten fått det efterlängtade genombrottet och nu befinner sig bolaget i den bästa positionen någonsin. ...

Det här med “The DRC mining code”. Nya avtal ska, om förslaget röstas igenom, öka statens ägande i gruvnäringen enligt ett förslag. Mineral Invest International kommer att påverkas när de väl producerar guld. Då kan den royalty de ska betala att ökas från 2% till 6,5%.
